Construction managers plan, coordinate and oversee construction projects from start to finish. Whether civil, commercial or residential, every construction project is unique and requires specialized skills to advance from conception to completion.

These courses can be completed Online, Live Online, or In Person.

Construction Cost and Estimating Using RSMeans® Data

This course provides hands-on experience to build realistic general construction costs using RSMeans®. Topics include the preparation of quantity surveys (take-offs) and the development of material, labor, and equipment costs, including pricing of contractor and subcontractor work from actual working drawings and specifications.
