Barry Berger

B.I.D., Pratt Institute; Associate Professor, Communication Design, Pratt Institute; Fulbright Scholarship; studied at Department of Defense, Defense Information School. His award winning design consultancy, B.D.Berger Associates (1977-2007) was established in Manhattan, NY to provide integrated, 2-D, 3-D creative services to global, national, local and private clients. Services included: product, graphic, corporate and brand Identity, interior and architectural design and implementation. He was responsible for the design of products, packages, branding and promotion for: Sheaffer, BIC and X-Acto writing and drawing instruments; Timex watches; Ortho family planning products; Flexform (Italy) commercial and residential furniture; and the 9/11 Victims Memorial in Suffolk Co., NY.

Barry relocated to LA this summer and intends to continue his teaching career, to help expand public knowledge and facility within the spectrum of commercial and fine arts.
