Thanh-Nghia Nguyen

Mr. Nguyen operates and manages health care management programs that focus on health, wellness and prevention for Pfizer, Inc.  He has worked in partnership with several major corporations and organizations in the implementation of effective health care management programs.  He is particularly interested in understanding how to meaningfully engage physicians in these programs.

Mr. Nguyen has over ten years of experience in the health care industry.  Prior to Pfizer, he was a management consultant for Deloitte Consulting and Accenture specializing in health plan strategy and operations.  He has also worked for a disease management company and a boutique health care consulting firm. 

Mr. Nguyen is also an instructor in the joint UCLA School of Public Health / UCLA Extension Healthcare Certificate program where he teaches healthcare accounting and finance.  He earned a Masters of Public Health (MPH) from the UCLA School of Public Health and a Masters of Business Administration (MBA) from the UCLA Anderson School of Management. He did his undergraduate work at the University of California, Irvine, earning a Bachelors of Science in Biological Sciences.
