Neil McNally, CWE

Neil McNally has dedicated his life to the wine trade and fine wines, professionally and personally for over 28 years. After graduating college with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communications, Neil started his career conducting seminars for a wine import company. Through the years he has broadened his wine knowledge while working in sales and marketing for wineries as well as national distributorships. As a Wine Marketing Manager for a major distributor, he designed computer wine presentation programs for use by management and sales representatives. Neil co-wrote The Certification Program for Beverage Professions, used throughout the United States, and taught wine education to distributors and their instructors. He also teaches wine education for airline, hotels and restaurant staffs, judges at wine competitions, and speaks on radio shows, college campuses, and Disney Resorts. He is a Certified Wine Educator (CWE) through the Society of Wine Educators, a member of the Wine Institute, California Association of Winegrape Growers, Family Winemakers, California Sustainable Winegrowing Alliance, a Professionnel du Vin with La Chaîne des Rôtisseurs, and donates time to charities.
