Ryan Matulka

Ryan Matulka is an energy procurement specialist with Pacific Gas & Electric Company. His previous work as a lead researcher and project manager with the UCLA Luskin Center for Innovation includes three projects commissioned by the Los Angeles Business Council that were instrumental in the development of the CLEAN LA Solar program, a city-wide solar feed-in tariff that was authorized by the City Council and Department of Water and Power Commission in January 2013. His other work with the Luskin Center includes an assessment of distributed generation and energy efficiency opportunities for the Ports of San Pedro Bay and the production of the Los Angeles County Solar Atlas. He has worked in the wind and solar industries in project development roles. He holds an MBA from the UCLA Anderson School of Management and a Masters in Urban Planning from the UCLA Luskin School of Public Affairs.
