About this course:
Religion lies at the root of every culture, influencing art, literature, laws, economics, and more. Without knowing the religious background of a people, it is impossible to understand them and their history, or even their current politics, since religion shapes a worldview and a way of interpreting reality. This course familiarizes students with the major religions of the world, provides an overview of indigenous traditions, and explores religion as an object of study.Contact Us
