
Francesco Fabbrocino
Francesco Fabbrocino is a distinguished CTO in the Los Angeles technology community, with over 20 years of leadership and development experience across cutting-edge technologies. Throughout his career, he has worked extensively with data and big data technologies, incorporating machine learning and related artificial intelligence systems. His work includes developing a P2P CDN acquired by Akamai Technologies; building an entertainment media content management, research, and syndication service acquired by the New York Times; and designing one of the largest big data platforms in Southern California at OpenX. Over the past decade, Francesco has focused on the rapidly evolving FinTech sector. He has been published numerous times, including two patents, and holds a Bachelor of Science from USC and a Master of Science from UCLA, both in Computer Science. At UCLA Extension, he has taught courses on data engineering, including relational databases and SQL programming, and is currently teaching a course on big data.
