Aleks Baharlo

As President of KFG, Mr. Baharlo focuses on identifying, underwriting, acquiring and managing creative urban infill opportunities including joint ventures with local builders in California. With over 25 years of experience Mr. Baharlo has successfully identified, acquired, entitled, managed, planned, constructed and disposed of both commercial and residential projects including several master planned communities, multi-family developments, mixed-use urban infill projects and single family tracts. Mr. Baharlo is a graduate from the University of Colorado-Boulder in Mechanical Engineering, and holds a Masters in Architecture from UC Berkeley and a Masters in Real Estate Development from the University of Southern California where he lectures regularly. Mr. Baharlo’s memberships include; the Urban Land Institute (ULI), and the Building Industry Association (BIA) where he was President in 2010 and 2013. Mr. Baharlo is a licensed Architect, a licensed General Contractor, and a licensed Real Estate Broker in the State of California.
