About this course:

Join the UCLA Extension Writers’ Program as we bring together several of the program’s editing and publishing instructors to discuss the current state of the publishing industry, the ins and outs of various professional editing and publishing roles, and tips on navigating the job search in these exciting fields. Before the panel, students in the Editing and Publishing certificate and Literary Representation certificate will be invited to a 30-minute virtual meet-and-greet with the panelists. Following the panel, all attendees will have the opportunity to meet other students pursuing careers in editing and publishing in an open networking meetup.
