About this course:

Future-proof organizations will require staff training for hybrid office/remote operation effectiveness, EDI (Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion) considerations, cultural intelligence, and more. This course highlights the importance of communicating and managing an organization’s transformation by focusing on leadership capabilities, teamwork, and collaboration, in addition to employee mentoring, training, and development.
