Individual Leadership Development

Lecture, two hours. Introduction to various individual leadership personality types, in combined lecture, discussion, and experiential learning, to assist students in development of their own individual leadership style. Additional emphasis on military factors and principles of leadership, goal setting, basic communication, and consideration of others. P/NP or letter grading.
